Massage to Recuperate 30, 45, 60 mins
This is a treatment massage that will use a combination of relaxing Swedish massage techniques and therapeutic sports techniques to get rid of problem areas in muscles. It can be useful for certain areas in the body that become sore or achy; rehabilitation of an injury; muscle recovery after hard sports training or muscle stimulation on the build-up to a sports event. Deep massage is effective when treating smaller core muscles and sometimes can be quite sore when releasing tight spirals of muscles. Good communication is expected between client and therapist and sometimes more than one session will be required but this can be discussed with Emma in the consultation.
