Emma is a practical and determined fitness teacher of 15 years' experience.  During her fitness career she has made a positive impact on the lives of many people in Scotland, England and the USA.

Emma has taught Step, Skipping, KO Bo, Circuits, Dance Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Power Tone and Modern Pilates. She has worked on a weight loss camp in Boston, MA. and learnt realistic lifestyle tips and exercising techniques to help people who medically need to lose weight.   She is an Advanced Personal Trainer and has also obtained her Sports Massage diploma which helps greatly with her exercise prescription and postural corrective work. Emma is a qualified Inline Skating Instructor, is a keen runner and still likes to take her baby out in the push chair for a jog in the mornings! Her sporting interests now are asymmetrical sports such as volleyball and tennis which have been challenging and fun to get involved with.  Emma has played golf since she was ten and has worked her handicap to 19 at Cruden Bay Golf Club.
