Welcome to Pilates@home

Pilates at Home is the quality alternative to the usual crowded gym class.  Pilates at home offers you the comfort of a Home studio where you can choose a private one to one class or you can create your own group class with up to four people.  Additionally, you can also hire out an instructor to manage a class in your own home if you have the space.

This is a luxury service which will offer all of the instructor's attention and time – what a treat!  By hiring an experienced instructor you will have stretch assistance; be aided in isolated or compounded muscle function if you have any identifiable weakness, and, centred for comfort and balance. The instructor is trained to set you specific exercises and stretches and will work to your preferred teaching style. Every now and again the personal touch is recommended as it will allow you to ask the questions you want freely, or to have the privacy for extra stretch or stability techniques if they are necessary.
